Changing Lives Together!

Our VISION

A future where restoration follows incarceration, and every person is given the chance to move forward, through support, healing and accountable mentorship.

Have You Considered The Impact Recidivism Has Had On You?

In Black And White

It Affects Families You Know (Even If You Don’t Know It)

Children, spouses, parents, and caregivers are deeply affected when someone cycles in and out of incarceration.

That shows up as:

  • Kids struggling in school

  • Emotional trauma

  • Financial instability

  • Housing insecurity

These families sit next to you in classrooms, workplaces, churches, and grocery stores — often silently carrying the weight.

By the Numbers — Recidivism in Arizona

  • 📍 ~40% of people released from Arizona prisons return within 3 years.

  • 📍 ~88% of people exiting probation do not return with a new conviction within 3 years.

  • 📍 Local reentry programs have seen return rates as low as ~0.37%.

What This Means
Without intentional support and restoration services after incarceration — education, job preparation, housing help, accountability, and mentorship — returning citizens face steep odds against long-term success.

Reentry Services That Reduce Recidivism and Restore Communities

N-Restoration provides structured reentry services in Phoenix and throughout Arizona, supporting individuals returning home after incarceration. Our programs focus on reducing recidivism, restoring stability, and strengthening communities through accountability, mentorship, and access to essential resources.

The transition from incarceration back into the community is one of the most vulnerable moments in a person’s life. Without proper support, barriers to housing, employment, and family reunification increase the risk of repeat incarceration. N Restoration intervenes at this critical point—helping returning citizens build stability, responsibility, and long-term success.

Reentry is not just a second-chance issue. It is a public safety and community stability issue. When reentry succeeds, families remain intact, employers retain workers, and communities are safer. When it fails, everyone pays the cost. N Restoration exists to prevent that cycle and promote lasting change across Arizona.

Reentry Is Public Safety

Restoration is not charity—it is prevention.

When individuals are supported during reentry, communities become safer, families become stronger, and public resources are used more effectively. N Restoration is committed to building pathways that lead to accountability, stability, and lasting change.

The Bigger Picture

Why Recidivism Affects Every Community

Recidivism is often misunderstood as an isolated justice issue. In reality, its impact reaches far beyond the individual.

When reentry fails:

  • Families lose income and stability

  • Employers lose trained and dependable workers

  • Children experience trauma that increases future system involvement

  • Communities absorb increased public safety and incarceration costs

Reducing recidivism protects not only returning citizens, but entire communities.

While I was inside, N Restoration gave me peace of mind.
Knowing someone had my back, made a difference.
They helped me mentally and honestly, that was half the battle.

When I came home, I didn’t come back lost.
I had a real plan. A real future.

I completed my CDL.
N Restoration provided housing for a year and a half.
They helped me secure my own apartment.
Through their credit repair program, I was able to get a car.
I now have a good-paying job.

My next goal is getting 50% custody of my son and I’m on my way.

I followed the steps N Restoration laid out for me, and it changed my life.
It wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes along the way.
But the key was staying the course.

N Restoration stayed with me — and because of that, I’m succeeding.

My Why

Natalie White Founder/CEO

The pain didn’t create the vision—it confirmed it. The call to restore lives and renew hope was present long before personal loss and lived experience brought deeper clarity. When pain entered the story, it became purpose. It sharpened the mission and transformed belief into action.

Restoration is more than release from incarceration—it is healing what was broken, rebuilding what was disrupted, and walking with people as they reclaim their God-given potential. Too many individuals return home with faith and determination, only to face barriers instead of support. This work exists to meet them with grace, structure, and opportunity. My “why” lives at the intersection of vision and lived experience: to be a vessel of restoration, helping people not just survive reentry, but step fully into renewal and lasting transformation.
